Reserve Study Specialists (RSS) was founded by Fred Etemad in 2006. Since then we have produced many reserve studies for satisfied clients.
Fred Etemad has a degree in Civil Engineering, Masters in Management Sience and a PhD in Financial Planning from Swansea University, UK.
Fred Etemad has been involved in construction and management of properties for many years. He is a certified property manager. He was the operations manager for one of accredited management companies in the Bay Area specializing in Common Interest Developement Management from 2002 to 2006.
His education and work experience in these related fields provide a great mix for being the CEO of RSS.
RSS is a member of Community Association Institute.
