7- Future Expenses, all expenses are listed based on the year they are planned to occur. Expenses are inflated by the rate of inflation when they are scheduled for future years in the study.
8- Cash Flow Analysis, the most important tool for Board of Directors and Management that provides financial planning for future of reserves.
9- Future Liability, percent funded is presented for the length of the study so you know how the reserves shape up in future compared with fully funded levels.

12- 30-Year Funding Plan, Recommended 30-year funding plan & funding plan with no increases in the reserve contribution is calculated.
13- Disclosures, we finish with the reserve disclosure in the new format that is required to be mailed to all homeowners with the end of the fiscal year mass mailing and next year's budget.
